Submitted under the Housing Accountability Act (Builder's Remedy), this project consists of a Development Permit to allow the demolition of an existing vacant approximately 35,000 square-foot elementary school building and the removal of 63 trees (26 ordinance-size, 37 non-ordinance-size) for the construction of 80 residential units including 64 detached single-family houses and 16 attached single-family houses on an approximately 9.51-gross acre site.
