Planned Development Permit to allow the demolition of two residences, a fruit stand and ancillary buildings totaling approximately 19,820 square feet and the removal of 584 trees (123 ordinance-size, 461 non-ordinance-size) for the construction of four multifamily buildings and townhomes totaling 1,472 residential units, 18,965 square feet of retail space, and a 2.5-acre public park on an approximately 22.22-gross acre site. The project includes extended construction hours on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. January 21, 2022.
