Submitted under the Housing Accountability Act (Builder's Remedy) this project consists of a Development Permit to allow the demolition of an existing approximately 5,500-square foot commercial building and the removal of two ordinance-size trees for the construction of a seven story mixed-use building consisting of 126 multifamily residential units and approximately 1,626 square feet of commercial retail space on approximately 0.80-gross acre site.
